For custom orders, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins. Final designs must be approved in writing before production. Once production begins on custom orders, cancellations are not accepted, and the full payment is required.
We will make every effort to match colors as closely as possible, but exact color matching cannot be guaranteed due to the handcrafted nature of our products and variations in screen displays.
Shipping times and methods are specified on the Site. squixellghunel is not responsible for delays in delivery due to customs, postal service issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased from our Site pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.
